Okay, so I've been playing with leather for several months now, but I'm certainly no expert. That is exactly why I want to take some commissions. My skills and tools are somewhat limited, and ideally I would like to work on sheaths--as in for knives, daggers, axes, spears, etc.--but I will be open to other requests, such as belts, bracers, pouches, keyfobs, etc. I will charge for materials and shipping, and a small labor fee depending on the size/difficulty of the project (and by small, I mean between $5 and $20, or none at all, if it's something really simple). This is considerably less than you would pay anywhere else for handmade leather items--especially handmade horsehide leather items--and that is part of the incentive. I want to get better at leatherwork, and the only way to do that is to practice, and the only way to practice is to be able to afford the materials . P.S. I don't own any of the tools to "tool" designs into leather, except letters and the texture stamp I used on my acid bath cuff, and I don't have any experience with any tooling equipment aside from those stamps, so I will have to stay away from things you want designs on for now, I'm afraid.
